Tainan’s New Landmark: The Blue Print Transforms into a Cultural and Creative Park in Trial Operation

The Blue Print is finally back！ Located right opposite Tainan Shin Kong Mitsukoshi, the “First Judicial New Village” has spent two years restoring and revitalizing old buildings to create the “Blue Print Cultural & Creative Park” (abbreviated as BCP), which officially began trial operations on December 12.

The newly unveiled Blue Print Cultural & Creative Park has invited 24 cultural and artistic units to set up shop, covering creative industries such as traditional crafts, creative figurines, and custom engraving. The park features three art spaces, including the “BCP Rooftop” on the second floor of the central plaza, as well as the “BLUES 1 Gallery” and “BLUES 2 Gallery” located at the crossroads. Additionally, the park has launched a mobile guide app where visitors can check park introductions, event information, maps, and more. After downloading, users can also log in to interact and take photos with BLUES, making it very convenient.

To give the park a more unified feel, the Cultural Affairs Bureau also invited artist Liu Guocang to create a 3D Blue Print at the entrance, along with art worker Li Mingdao who designed the park mascot “BLUES.” Standing three feet tall and featuring LED eyes that can change expressions, BLUES is highly eye-catching, filling the park with a vibrant blue atmosphere. “BLUES” has also become a new landmark in Tainan, adorning various corners of the park.
