A Must-Visit for Families During Chinese New Year: The Imaginative Building Blocks Creative Exhibition Has Arrived

Taiwan’s largest creative building blocks imaginative world in 2016 officially kicks off from now until April 10 at Nantou’s Formosa Time Machine. The exhibition has invited over ten building block masters from across Taiwan to create works using tens of thousands of blocks, resulting in over a hundred astonishing and ingenious pieces.

The Imaginative World Toy Blocks Exhibition is produced by Taiwan’s most professional creative building blocks team [Play Paradise] and the Taiwan Creative Building Blocks Development Association. They have used their imagination to create amazing works from tens of thousands of blocks — from cartoon characters to movie themes, from earth armies to space fleets, plus various elements of Taiwanese culture and architecture that showcase enchanting local flavors. The exhibition also exclusively presents the world’s first-ever building block exhibits designed specifically for women. Each piece guarantees a dazzling debut and will surely immerse visitors in a world of block-based imagination.

The entire exhibition is thoughtfully curated with five major themed zones: Anime Characters, Fantasy Adventure, Dreamy Luxuries, Military Power, and Taiwanese Culture. Among them, you can find popular works like Minions and the Leaning Postbox. There’s also the debut of the largest dreamy snow scene over 2 meters tall and a super fleet landing display. Each piece excites both kids and adults. Additionally, there’s an interactive parent-child experience: a 10-meter building block wall where families can use thousands of blocks to create freely, stimulating brain cells and creating wonderful memories together.
