Meat lovers in Tainan, take note: Nikuya Jinanbo 3rd Store is coming

After opening branches at Kaohsiung Hanshin Dome and Taipei 101, Nikuya Jinanbo is set to open its 3rd store, located in B2 of New Tainan Mitsukoshi at Tainan’s “City of Gastronomy,” with an anticipated opening on March 21. Locals in Tainan who enjoy grilled meat stacked high over rice can come and experience it firsthand.

Nikuya Jinanbo’s signature offering, “Nikuya Jinanbo N<”与“牛角次男坊蔷薇豚N<”分量超大，牛角次男坊N<选用上等原片牛五花直火烧肉，搭配牛角特制秘传酱汁，满满的牛五花肉片堆叠高度达20公分；牛角次男坊蔷薇豚N<则是采用低温烧烤技术，每日店内新鲜现做，依据日本调理基准达到猪肉全熟（中心温度65°C、30分钟以上）却保有蔷薇粉嫩色泽。

Additionally, the Taipei 101 branch features a limited-edition Nikuya Jinanbo Rose Volcano N<，就连日本也吃不到。牛角次男坊玫瑰火山N<采用低温料理技术，每日现烤原块澳洲牛肉，之后再切薄片，放在碗里就像一片片玫瑰花瓣，搭配温泉蛋让口感更不同。
