The 3rd Good France event to be held on March 21; Number of selected Taiwanese restaurants increases to 12

The global culinary event “Good France,” organized by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs in collaboration with embassies worldwide, Atout France, and other partners, is entering its third edition this year. It will take place on March 21, with the number of participating French-style restaurants in Taiwan increasing to 12. Among them, Paris 1930, French Bistro, and S.T.A.Y. have been selected for three consecutive years.

Like the second edition, the selected restaurants are divided into three categories: haute gastronomie (fine dining), Contemporain (contemporary dining), and Bistrot (French bistro). This year, four new restaurants have been added: Orchid Restaurant 兰, Monsieur L Restaurant, La Cocotte 法式餐厅, and RéeL.

The 12 selected French-style restaurants are as follows:

●STAY by Yannick Alléno (Taipei)
●Ephernité (Taipei)

Bistrot (French Bistro)
●Gulu's House 咕噜好吃法式风味厨坊 (Taichung)
●RéeL (New Taipei City)
●A Table 法国小酒馆 (Tainan)
