A coffee shop in Taichung has launched a “cream puff tower” dessert stacked with 15 cream puffs. Xiao Yuan Coffee is located on Jingming 1st Street in Taichung. Shortly after opening, it became a hot topic thanks to its delicious desserts. In addition to the daily freshly made mini tarts, there’s also the intricately crafted cream puff tower. Each serving requires steps like cooking caramel, dipping it in caramel, and sticking it onto the tower. While the caramel is still hot, it’s carefully pulled into threads and wrapped around the cream puff tower. The cream puff tower comes in three flavors: original, blueberry, and strawberry.
