The One South Garden Cultural Inn is located in Jiuxiong Lake, Xinzhuang Township, covering an area of 27 hectares. Originally the retirement residence of Mr. Wang Tieh-chi, the founder of the United Daily News Group, it was designed by Taiwanese master architect Han Pao-teh. The estate blends architectural styles including Jiangnan gardens, Min-style buildings, and Western-style arcades. Surrounded by endless greenery and complemented by the surrounding landscape, it feels like stepping into an oriental painting. In 2008, the The One team took over, infusing culture and creativity into the classical garden, reinterpreting oriental humanistic spirit throughout the property. They also designed vacation packages suitable for general visitors, offering services such as garden tours, accommodation, spa treatments, dining, and more.
