The Zhubei City Government stated that the event venue has been planned with various amusement facilities and parent-child interactive games. On-site, there will be large inflatable play areas, a pirate ship, and a carousel for children to enjoy for free. A variety of exciting performances have also been arranged, including magic shows, balloon shows, and bubble shows. On April 2, beloved children’s hosts Watermelon Bro and Cherry Sis will lead sing-and-dance activities. On April 3, the adorable Creamy Lion will sing, dance, and take photos with children and adults alike. On April 4, the Pipi Children’s Theater Troupe will perform the stage play “The Watermelon Prince,” spending quality time with the kids.

This year’s “Zhubei Beauty” painting competition takes its theme especially from the content of the Children’s Day event, allowing students to leave a deep impression of the city. To encourage children’s artistic creation, this painting competition offers generous rewards, with the highest prize per group being a NT$2,000 book voucher. Students from all schools are welcome to sign up and participate.
