EVA Air Hello Kitty Gets a New Look with Super Cute Summer Vibes

EVA Air’s Hello Kitty livery aircraft has introduced a brand-new summer-themed in-flight service set for the summer vacation period, including headrest covers, pillowcases, cup mats, tableware, and the ever-popular collectible playing cards—all designed with a sea-blue base paired with seasonal fruit patterns like watermelon and pineapple, instantly immersing passengers in a refreshing summer seaside atmosphere the moment they board.

In addition to the newly designed in-flight service items, EVA Air has also specially prepared adorable Hello Kitty children’s bags, available on all flights departing from Taiwan from now until the end of August. The children’s bags are wearable drawstring backpacks featuring cute designs of Captain Dear Daniel and Hello Kitty. Contents include a themed livery aircraft-shaped fan, sticker book, flat puzzle, and rainbow pens—ensuring a fun flying experience for kids.

Furthermore, starting in July, EVA Air will offer a brand-new summer menu. For business class passengers on the Taipei-Tokyo and Taipei-Osaka routes, Michelin three-star Chef Nakamura has created a special Kyoto cuisine vitality menu. In July, the highlight is grilled eel with sansho pepper, while in August, the main dish is amberjack with grilled rice crackers in a yuzu-flavored sauce, served with six nigiri pieces made with ingredients such as salmon and grilled eel—helping passengers stimulate their appetite and stay refreshed and energized.
