Eating rainbows—N.Y.Bagels serves up America’s hottest bagels

The rainbow bagels that created a queueing frenzy in New York are now available in Taiwan. From now until August 31, N.Y. BAGELS has opened a rainbow-themed pop-up concept store at Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Taipei Xinyi New World, offering New York’s ultra-popular “Rainbow Bagel,” paired with a variety of special fillings to deliver both visual and flavor-packed experiences.

The colorful Rainbow Bagels are made by kneading and baking layers of dough in different colors, and are served with limited-time fillings such as chocolate brownie cheese, Pop Rocks cheese, fruit cheese, mango ice cream, and mint chocolate ice cream, adding unique aromas and textures to the bagels.

N.Y. BAGELS’ rainbow-themed pop-up concept store opens from August 1 to August 31 at Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Taipei Xinyi New World. All bagels are flown in frozen from the U.S. to Taiwan, giving everyone the chance to taste authentic New York flavors for a whole month.
