V Air's follow-up ticket handling solutions:
1. Prioritize assisting passengers in transferring their original scheduled bookings to China Airlines Taipei-Narita flights (based on the same-day flight or the nearest available flight).
2. Offer unconditional full refunds (including airfare, ancillary service fees, airport taxes, and handling charges, etc.).
The V Air customer service system has immediately sent email notifications regarding flight changes to passengers based on the contact information left during booking. Passengers are advised to pay close attention and apply for ticket refunds via the online form or proactively inform the customer service center of their preferred option.
