Japan’s Häagen-Dazs, known for frequently launching limited-edition flavors, has once again introduced a new creation this summer — the Green Tea Fondue ice cream crisp sandwich. To commemorate the 20th anniversary of the Green Tea flavor’s debut in the Japanese market, this new dessert is themed around a rich green tea aroma. The Green Tea Fondue (抹茶フォンデュ) even features green tea-flavored wafers for the sandwich cookies, and its launch on August 16 has sent green tea lovers into a frenzy.
