New Taipei City Christmas Town is upgraded to feature a Guinness World Record-breaking 3D light show

Last year’s New Taipei City Christmas Town attracted nearly 3.7 million visitors. This year, the New Taipei City government has teamed up with Singapore’s Guinness World Record-winning projection mapping team, utilizing dozens of high-spec projectors to turn the exterior of the city government building into a massive canvas, creating an international-level light show spectacle.

The light show spectacle uses the structure of the city government building to surround Civic Square with stunning 3D effects, delivering an immersive 4D experience like no other.

Beyond the light show, the event will also invite attendees to join cartoon characters Santa Bear and the Square Head Bear family on a magical Christmas adventure, traveling through outer space, the underwater world, enchanted rainforests, snowy landscapes, and a candy dream factory—bringing a vivid and colorful world of imagery to life.
