1.Mister Donut
The nationwide donut chain Mister Donut has jumped on the sakura bandwagon, launching five spring-exclusive “Sakura-Themed Season” donuts. The flavors include Sakura Pudding, Sakura Marshmallow Pudding, Sakura Raspberry Pudding, Sakura Franche, and Sakura Opus. The fillings use real sakura leaf extract, with 70% fruit content from raspberry jam imported from the Netherlands mixed with fresh cream. When you take a bite, you can clearly feel the texture of the seeds.

The donut designs reflect the image of falling cherry blossoms, decorated evenly with beet sugar crystals in soft pink and light purple hues, adding to the visual appeal and creating a dreamy floral ring look that’s perfect for photos.

2. ?Li Tea?
No need to fly to Japan to enjoy a taste of Kyoto spring!?Li Tea? combines domestically grown Japanese yaezakura (double-petal cherry blossoms) with traditional matcha to offer Sakura Latte, Sakura Sundae (Matcha), and a Sakura Set. The sakura items are available from March 17 to May 8.

The Sakura Latte pairs sakura salted pickles with matcha latte; the Sakura Sundae features a delicate pink appearance with layers starting from the bottom: sakura plum jelly, roasted rice grains, and matcha ice cream, topped with sakura red bean paste, sakura salted pickle petals, mochi, sakura mochi, and matcha yukari cake. The sakura salted pickles (cherry blossom petals) are made from domestic Japanese yaezakura without any artificial colors or flavorings, delivering the flower’s natural fragrance.
