Tsuta is the world’s first Japanese ramen shop to receive a Michelin one-star. It incorporates elements of French cuisine such as rosemary and porcini mushrooms into traditional Japanese-style ramen. The fusion of Eastern and Western culinary essence is one of the shop’s most successful features. Additionally, Singapore’s hawker “Liao Fan Hong Kong Soya Sauce Chicken Rice & Noodle,” which received its first Michelin star, has become a must-try dish for visitors to Singapore.
