Snack-time treats on Tainan’s Guohua Street are all the rage, and now an “No-Face”-shaped éclair has even popped up on Instagram. With its adorable look and exquisite packaging, it’s super eye-catching to hold and makes for a convenient bite while strolling around.

The éclairs from Tainan’s Guohua Street feature plump, stubby, elongated shapes that are incredibly cute. Their golden, crispy shells are filled with four flavors: vanilla milk, tiramisu, chocolate, and maple syrup. There are two ways to enjoy these éclairs: either chilled, which gives an ice cream-like texture, or freshly baked on the spot and then filled, resulting in a warm, crispy, and fluffy bite.

The holiday-exclusive No-Face Éclairs are actually called Mascarpon Éclairs, and making them takes some waiting time. With one pink and one blue No-Face design, they almost look like they’re wearing a yukata, giving off a very cute vibe. Each one costs 89 NTD. They’re coated in chocolate on the outside and filled with vanilla milk on the inside, offering a fluffy, layered texture that’s incredibly moreish!

Aside from the holiday-exclusive No-Face Éclairs, the regular éclairs are available every day. The four fillings include vanilla milk, tiramisu, chocolate, and maple syrup. They are freshly baked, crispy, and burst with flavor, featuring a chubby, stubby finger-like shape that makes them both fun and easy to eat.
