Limited Time Only: Tenshi no Lapin Themed Café Closes at End of August

Tenshi no Lapin celebrates its 15th anniversary this year. Authorized by Sanrio Taiwan and hosted by AMANDIER, a French patisserie, this is the first limited-time Tenshi no Lapin café in Taiwan, operating only until the end of August.

Tenshi no Lapin’s most popular character, Cinnamoroll, ranked second in Sanrio Japan’s “Character Popularity Poll” in 2016. His popularity in Japan rivals that of Hello Kitty. Born on a cloud in the sky, Cinnamoroll is also nicknamed “Cinnamon Dog” because of his cinnamon roll-like curly tail. He often flies through the sky using his big ears.

For themed menu items, Amandier Café’s head chef personally designed the dishes under supervision by Sanrio Taiwan. Savory options include Cinnamoroll Truffle Risotto, Cinnamoroll Cheese Beef Burger, Cinnamoroll Land & Sea Bread Bowl, and Cinnamoroll Seafood Pasta. Desserts feature macaron cupcakes adorned with a colorful 15th-anniversary badge, Cinnamoroll Cheesecake, Cinnamoroll Ice Cream Cup, Cinnamoroll Marshmallow Blue Citrus Soda, and Marshmallow Milk Tea — all showcasing Cinnamoroll’s adorable image, almost too cute to eat. In addition to à la carte options, there is also a “Cinnamoroll Set Menu” with combo choices.

Additionally, the store sells exclusive items such as Cinnamoroll Macaron Gift Boxes, Cinnamoroll Light Cheesecake, and Cinnamoroll Caramel Popcorn.
