Using a characteristic old Tainan residence as its base, pushing open the small front door reveals an incredibly striking visual impact: a massive aged tree stands straight and tall, complemented by mottled concrete walls and red brick tiles, exuding a strong historical vibe. Under the changing light each day, the interior reveals boundless charm.

The ever-unpredictable creative team keeps generating endless ideas inspired by ecological conservation, so currently the second branch also doesn’t have a fixed menu. The “Swamp”, topped with withered branches, features a matcha ganache and matcha mousse core. Its rich matcha aroma and smooth texture leave a sweet aftertaste, with a hint of cherry filling adding a perfectly balanced tang. Meanwhile, the “Sunshine Henry” hides a plump strawberry coated in a vanilla-like sweet sauce inside, whose sweetness drives girls wild.

Made with cookies rolled into a log shape, the filling is 65% raw chocolate that bursts in your mouth like volcanic lava. The “Raw Sprout” looks like a broken tree trunk, with a small sprout placed on top symbolizing the birth of hope. Another must-try for fruit lovers is the “Four Grass Roll”, which features sliced strawberries on the outside and a tempting strawberry cheese mousse inside, along with occasional jelly surprises.
