Opened in August 2016, Circular Pie Red Bean Pancake is located in the middle of the third row inside Kaohsiung’s Ruifeng Night Market. Its name comes from its round, pie-like shape. It’s become one of the latest viral queue-worthy snacks. Initially selling traditional flavors like other red bean pancake stalls, the shop spent half a year developing unique tastes to boost competitiveness. Their goal was to attract more customers through constant innovation and carefully researched golden ratios.
