Typhoon Talim, a moderate typhoon, has shifted its projected path further north than initially expected. It is now forecasted to move northwestward before making a sharp right turn toward the northeast, heading in the direction of Japan. Although it will not make landfall, the storm's radius of strong winds will still affect northern Taiwan. As of the 13th, no county or city governments have announced work or school closures, but the situation needs to be closely monitored on the 14th, and preparations for typhoon defense should be made.

On the 13th (Wednesday), affected by the typhoon and its peripheral circulation, there is a chance of showers or thunderstorms, with the possibility of heavy or torrential rain in central and northern Taiwan, northeastern Taiwan, mountainous areas, as well as Penghu, Kinmen, and Matsu. Other regions may experience brief showers or thunderstorms.

Due to the influence of the peripheral circulation of Typhoon Talim, the Central Weather Bureau has issued a strong wind advisory. Starting from the morning of the 13th, average wind speeds in the northern sea areas of Taiwan will intensify to force 14 to 15, with maximum gusts reaching force 17. On land, stronger winds have already been felt since the 12th, and they will become even stronger on the 13th. Pedestrians should be cautious while walking outdoors.

The tropical depression with a pressure of 1000 hPa became a mild typhoon at 8:00 PM on the 12th.Typhoon Doksuri (No. 19)Located at 14.2°N, 120.3°E, in the western sea near the Philippines, it is moving westward at 20 km/h toward Hong Kong. Its greatest impact on Hong Kong is expected on the 15th. Recent travelers to Hong Kong should be cautious of weather conditions.
