New York’s legendary dessert spot LadyM has launched a “Christmas Limited Edition Red Velvet Cake” just in time for the holidays, with pre-orders open for only five days from 9:30 AM on December 11 to 5:00 PM on December 15. Orders can be placed online, with a maximum of one cake per order at TWD 2,600 (approx. 9T) each. Slicing service is not available. Fans of LadyM and layered cakes, don’t miss out.

This Christmas Limited Edition Red Velvet Cake features an eye-catching burgundy hue and an indulgently thick cake body, topped with smooth whipped cream. The texture is rich and moist, with a hint of lemon juice to balance the sweetness. Additionally, the chef has added a touch of cherry brandy liqueur to create a subtly intoxicating and aromatic depth.

Furthermore, the Christmas Limited Edition Red Velvet Cake is adorned with French star-shaped chocolates and dusted with powdered sugar, evoking a snowy night sky ambiance that enhances the festive spirit.

In addition to the Christmas limited cake, LadyM also introduced a hidden-menu drink, “Matcha Latte,” on December 11 to warm customers’ hearts during the chilly season.
