Located outside the Farming Water Conservancy Cultural Relics Exhibition Hall in Linnei, Yunlin, there is a European-style bald cypress scenic area. Dense and vibrant bald cypresses are planted on both sides of the irrigation channel, paired with a nearby waterwheel, creating the illusion of stepping into an idol drama. The special landscaping outside the exhibition hall blends into the romantic scenery, and with sunlight streaming through, the colors become even more vivid and colorful.

Covering an area of about 2 hectares, the Farming Water Conservancy Cultural Relics Exhibition Hall is Taiwan's first cultural relics exhibition hall themed around water conservancy. The museum showcases the development of water conservancy in Taiwan's agricultural society. In addition, the tall bald cypresses along the outdoor irrigation channels turn red in autumn and winter, transforming the scenery into something reminiscent of a movie set, attracting many visitors to take photos.
