Wok on the Park all-day dining restaurant is a semi-buffet concept. In addition to unlimited access to the self-service buffet, guests can also select one main course. Executive Chef Daisy Chang (Daisy) said that over 20 main courses have been developed, but five are selected each week to be featured on the menu. Among them is a 1kg T-bone steak — typically found only in steakhouses. However, this is a two-person portion and must be ordered in advance and shared by two diners. Solo diners will need to choose another option.

Although the T-bone steak at Wok on the Park is Choice grade and weighs 1kg, the overall value is still great when paired with the variety of salads and light bites available at the buffet. Dinner prices from Monday to Thursday are NT$820 + 10%, and from Friday to Sunday NT$890 + 10% — which is quite reasonable. Locals in Kaohsiung can even enjoy a 20% discount, bringing the price down to under NT$700, offering even better value.

In addition to the T-bone steak, Chef Daisy also recommends the Yuzu-flavored Pork Ribs and the Crispy Little Chicken (spring chicken). The Yuzu-flavored Pork Ribs are braised with a specially prepared yuzu sauce until the sauce is reduced, delivering a flavor that is sweet, sour, and fragrant without being overly heavy. The Crispy Little Chicken is cooked using a traditional method of deep-frying in oil. Aside from the prep work (stuffing the chicken with spices), the oil-frying process alone takes about an hour and must be done manually — no machines allowed — to achieve that perfectly crispy skin. As a result, this dish is limited in quantity and sells out quickly.
