Crispy ramen replaces buns. Kaburger launches spicy pot flavor ramen burger
Last updated 2026-09-23 — Selfish Burger, located in Xinyi District, has recently added the Taiwanese Spicy Hotpot flavor to its American-Japanese ramen burger. From now until the end of February, it will launch the "Spicy Ramen Burger", which replaces the hamburger buns with crispy ramen, topped with Taiwanese's favorite spicy hotpot sauce and braised duck blood, and freshly minced and fried U.S. CHOICE grade hamburger meat on the same day.

位于信义区的Selfish Burger喀汉堡最近将美日混血的拉面汉堡加入台湾麻辣锅风味，即日起至2月底推出“麻辣拉面汉堡”，将煎得焦脆的拉面取代汉堡面包，配上台湾人最爱的麻辣锅酱汁与卤鸭血，及当天现绞现煎U.S.CHOICE等级汉堡肉。
这款美日台混血的汉堡，夹着馅料的不再是面包，而是两块煎得金黄的拉面，厨师加入蛋液并以特殊技巧将面团塑形，除了添加麻辣锅酱汁，更添加了 麻辣锅 中才看得到的广东A菜、麻辣鸭血，还有店内当天在店内现绞现煎的汉堡肉，一口咬下 缠绕的面条，特殊的滋味有别一般汉堡。
麻辣拉面汉堡(售价240元)
期间限定：即日起至明年2月底，冬季限定
内容：拉面饼、蒜苗、鸭血、U.S.CHOICE牛肉、切达起司片、麻辣锅酱、紫洋葱、紫高丽、广东A菜。
