Japanese Cuisine EN’s May-Only Tuna Festival – All-You-Can-Eat for NT$599, Available for Only 2 Days

Japanese Cuisine EN has once again launched its May-only “Tuna Festival,” featuring both Japanese black tuna and yellowfin tuna directly sourced from Donggang, Taiwan. The head chef presents the tuna in various cooking styles such as sashimi, simmered, and deep-fried to showcase its rich flavors. Additionally, “Tuna Slicing Shows” will be held separately at both Japanese Cuisine EN branches. Fresh yellowfin tuna from Donggang will be sliced on the spot for immediate enjoyment, with both kaiseki courses and all-you-can-eat sashimi options. The all-you-can-eat event is only available on May 21 and May 28 at the Banqiao Big City store.

On the evening of May 26 at 7 PM, Japanese Cuisine EN will present an exciting tuna slicing show at SOGO Fuxing Department Store. The freshly sliced tuna will be served in a “kaiseki course” format, featuring a total of 11 dishes including appetizers, sake pairings, sashimi, fried items, grilled dishes, single-serving specialties, simmered dishes, main courses, set meals, and desserts. Each set is priced at only NT$1,800 + 10% service charge.

The Banqiao Big City store of Japanese Cuisine EN will host tuna slicing show events on the afternoon of May 21 and May 28 at 3:30 PM, followed by an “All-You-Can-Eat Tuna Sashimi” starting at 4 PM. Each ticket is just NT$599 + 10%, and in addition to sashimi, Japanese white rice and miso soup will also be served. Each session is limited to 70 reservations, so those interested should book quickly.
