It was said that at the end of last year, a dish called "Dragon Ball Hotpot" went viral in Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and even Hong Kong. Unfortunately, by the time it was discovered, the physical store in Nagoya had already closed. However,Taitungis home to a hotpot restaurant that took inspiration and developed its own version of the viral Dragon Ball Hotpot through reinvention!

It is said that the owner spent several months researching and, after countless trials, finally figured out the secret recipe. Using chicken feet, pork skin, and broth, the rich collagen-based soup base coagulates into bouncy, jelly-like balls. These are then dyed with carrots to become these "Dragon Balls"!
There were online rumors questioning whether these "Dragon Balls" contained artificial plasticizers, but the owner clarified that they are made from "unprocessed, purely natural ingredients" and are safe to eat.

In terms of pricing, Dragon Balls are generally charged per piece, with each ball costing NT$50, and advance reservation is required. The restaurant offers a variety of hotpot broths, with one pot per person, and unlimited vegetable toppings. The cost per person is approximately NT$300 to NT$700.
