Goodbye, Taitung!“Angry Birds Hot Air Balloon” Continues Its Flight to Hualien

The “Angry Birds Hot Air Balloon” has moved locations. The previously Taitung-launched hot air balloon was relocated to the “2013 Hualien Soaring Season” event on July 15 and is scheduled to remain at the Danongdafu Plain Forest Park in Guangfu Township until August 8.

The Angry Birds Hot Air Balloon garnered a huge response during the Taitung Hot Air Balloon Carnival. Now continuing its flight in Hualien, the organizers stated that in addition to the chance to ride the Angry Birds Hot Air Balloon at the Hualien Soaring Season, a “Hualien Soaring Season Photography Contest” will also be held from now until September 1.

Participants in the photography contest must base their entries on the theme of the “2013 Hualien Soaring Season.” The top five entries with the highest accumulated votes will receive prizes including NT$2,000 or NT$1,000 7-11 gift vouchers or whale-watching coupons. The top three entries will also advance to the final round in the last week, where the grand prize winner will receive a NT$5,000 7-11 gift voucher.
