Dinosaurs are here! Taiwan’s cultural and creative exhibition “Dinosaur Dream Park” made its debut at the Taiwan Expo Museum in Hsinchu on the 20th. The 450-ping exhibition space features all kinds of sea, land, and air Mesozoic-era dinosaurs never before seen in Taiwan, along with 3D animated films and interactive games. Local Hsinchu residents can purchase tickets for just NT$199 upon presenting ID, while groups of 20 or more enjoy a discounted rate of NT$180.

The Dinosaur Dream Park exhibition is Taiwan’s first-ever “sea, land, and air total mobilization.” Running until September 30, the organizers said the event brings together dinosaur models such as Tyrannosaurus rex, Velociraptor, the 22-meter-long Mamenchisaurus, and flying Pterosaurs. Not only are the models incredibly realistic, but they also move and make sounds, guaranteed to give visitors an “edge-of-your-seat” experience.
The organizers noted that Dinosaur Dream Park combines paleontological science education and showcases sea, land, and air dinosaurs from three geological eras through 3D films and interactive games, aiming to offer both children and adults an original Jurassic adventure.
The Taiwan Pavilion at the Expo was partially opened earlier this year, including the Sky Lantern Pavilion and other main areas. Dinosaur Dream Park, which opened on the 19th, is located in the Cultural and Creative Building B within the Taiwan Pavilion Expo site. The overall Cultural and Creative Pavilion area is expected to open in the second half of the year.
