Kinmen County’s Jinsha Township, the hometown of the "Wind-Lion God," has launched the Wind-Lion God Tourism Passport and the Sorghum Old Street Culture Festival. In addition to receiving a free Wind-Lion God Tourism Passport, visitors who collect stamps from 50 Wind-Lion God statues will have the chance to win a specially crafted ceramic Wind-Lion God-themed chess set worth NT$2,000, as well as receive related Wind-Lion God souvenirs.

The Jinsha Township Office stated that the Wind-Lion God is a unique guardian deity of Kinmen, with about 70 statues across the island, 50 of which are concentrated in Jinsha Township. Additionally, 72% of Kinmen’s renowned sorghum comes from Jinsha. Therefore, this promotion focuses on the Wind-Lion God and the Sorghum Old Street to boost tourism. Before the end of October, visitors holding the Wind-Lion God Tourism Passport can tour Kinmen and take photos with the Wind-Lion God using a camera or mobile phone. After verifying the photo at any stamp collection location, they can receive a Wind-Lion God commemorative keychain and also enter a lucky draw for the custom-made Wind-Lion God chess set.

A total of 5,000 Tourism Passports are available, containing scenic spot guides, introductions to the origin of the Wind-Lion God, travel route maps, local industry highlights, and information on Kinmen hotels and homestays. They are available for visitors at Shangyi Airport, Shuitou Pier, various attractions, and homestays within the jurisdiction.
