Typhoon Usagi made landfall in the early hours of the 21st, not only bringing its storm circle to cover southern Taiwan, but also posing a strong wind threat to northern Taiwan. TransAsia Airways issued an announcement earlier stating that due to the impact of the typhoon, there will be changes to flights on the 21st and 22nd.

TransAsia Airways stated that due to the impact of Severe Typhoon Usagi, flight schedules on the 21st will be adjusted according to weather conditions in the afternoon, while some flights on the 22nd will depart earlier. The flights taking off ahead of schedule include Taipei Taoyuan–Macau GE353, 354, 355, 356, all of which will depart six hours earlier; Macau–Kaohsiung GE362 will depart 2.5 hours earlier. Other flights remain unaffected for the time being.
