Due to Typhoon Usagi, China Airlines and Mandarin Airlines have canceled all Taipei, Kaohsiung, and Taichung–Hong Kong flights departing after 4 PM on September 22. Other flight adjustments include: China Airlines Flight CI915/CI916 (Taipei–Hong Kong round trip) departing 1 hour and 25 minutes earlier on September 22; China Airlines Flight CI527/CI528 (Taipei–Shenzhen round trip) departing 75 minutes earlier on September 22; Mandarin Airlines Flight AE292 (Hong Kong–Kaohsiung return) departing 1 hour and 30 minutes earlier on September 22.
