The risotto has a refreshing texture, is rich with creamy flavor, and the gooey, stretchy cheese is absolutely mouthwatering. Additionally, the “French-style Smoked Duck Spaghetti” comes highly recommended. The owner uses ducks from Yilan, which are tender and never dry, and to this day, the unforgettable flavor of that smoked duck still lingers.
