For those who want to skip the hassle of preparing New Year dishes, guests can try the chef-designed multi-course set meals or enjoy all-you-can-eat buffet spreads featuring Chinese, Western, and Japanese cuisine. For instance, the New Year reunion set menu at Fullon Taipei Branch 1 uniquely includes shark’s fin from the renowned Chinese dish “Tan Family Banquet,” served as “Tan Family Abalone and Shark’s Fin Soup,” which features a fragrant and mellow broth paired with chicken braised with fish maw. The reunion dinner is priced at NT$13,200+10% per table (for 6 people) or NT$22,000+10% per table (for 10 people). Guests who value privacy can also opt for private room reunion set meals at NT$3,000+10% per person.
