The 2013 New Taipei City Christmas Town first unveiled its star-studded concert lineup on November 25. Four nights of musical performances will be headlined by EDM queen Jolin Chien, ballad prince JJ Lin, diva Jolin Tsai, and king Show Lo, alongside 32 other artists including Da Mouth, Yen-j, Jody Chiang, and MP Magic Power, all set to deliver spectacular shows at the New Taipei City Christmas Town.

The four “Joyful Night Christmas Concerts” will be held on December 7, 8, 21, and 22 at the Civic Plaza of the New Taipei City Government. Each night will also feature artists such as Xu Jia Ling, Jiang Mei Qi, Fang Weng, Rainie Yang, Dream Girls, Yang Pei An, and Michael Wong. The organizers have also arranged for live streaming via ETTV, with simultaneous broadcasts on Good Radio and YouTube (December 7 & 8 from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM, December 21 & 22 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM).

With such a stellar Christmas concert lineup, the New Taipei Travel Fans group is also running a lucky draw giveaway. From November 26 to December 23, simply visit the New Taipei Travel event page, choose your favorite star, and leave a comment saying “I want to party with him at the 2013 New Taipei City Christmas Town!” to be eligible for limited-edition Christmas gifts, including autographed albums by Jolin Tsai, Show Lo, Jolin Chien, and JJ Lin.

On December 14, the New Taipei City Government will also host a Christmas Circus Parade Carnival in Banqiao District. The parade, led by the New Taipei City Mounted Police, will feature members of the YOYO Family, cartoon stars like SpongeBob, Patrick Star, and Squidward, the New Image Creation Theater Troupe, and mascots from partner companies — forming a grand procession of about 600 people. The parade will start at 3:00 PM that day, marching from Chongqing Road along Zhongshan Road to Civic Plaza.
