The Guam Office stated that when visiting coastal attractions such as Tumon Bay and Hagatna Bay for diving or other water-related activities, do not enter the water alone or without safety measures, professional lifeguards, or diving instructors to ensure your own safety. Currently, Guam’s travel alert level is “gray.” If you encounter emergencies and need assistance while in Guam, you can call the Guam Office at 1-671-988-7088, or dial the international access code: +886-800-085-095 to contact the “Ministry of Foreign Affairs Emergency Contact Center.”
