In the public art square in front of Minxiong Railway Station in Chiayi and the famous "Goose Meat Street," various goose statues dressed as scholars, farmers, workers, and merchants from different professions have now appeared. Chiayi County Magistrate Chang Hua-kuan and artist Lu Ming-shih led local students today to decorate these adorable geese, allowing returning travelers to be greeted by these energetic geese as soon as they step out of the station.

The cute goose statue right in front of the Minxiong Station exit is the work of art class students guided by Zhu Weifeng, Lin Xinhua, and Xie Zhengyou from Minxiong Elementary School. Titled "Travelers," it uses the children’s hopes for the future and their boundless imaginations to depict the hardships of different professions through the goose statues. At the same time, this street installation activity in front of the station resonates with the tourism, cultural, and creative industries of "Goose Meat Street," giving each uniquely designed goose a festive and amusing appearance.

On the north side of the station exit is a piece created by Zhushan High School themed around a New Year carnival, using three large suitcases and goose statues to present a surreal journey of hope, imagination, and lively celebration when traveling to Minxiong during the Spring Festival.

Meanwhile, the installation art on "Goose Meat Street" features cheerful geese, gentleman geese, lady geese, bikini geese, and pilot geese, all vividly crafted. Paired with large background installations, they create a visual aesthetic that combines the local environment, industry, and art.
