Originating in Europe, Blue Elephant has now become a globally renowned Thai cuisine brand, with restaurants in London, Paris, Bangkok, and Phuket. To cater to modern lifestyles and meet consumers' culinary desires, the brand has transformed its popular Thai royal court dishes—one of Thailand’s five major cuisines—into ready meals, seasoning packets, and various spice blends. With just simple heating or minimal preparation, you can quickly and conveniently enjoy the Thai royal court delicacies endorsed by the Thai monarchy.
The Blue Elephant ready meals in Taiwan are introduced by Ch‧Yu Select. Chairman Lin Qiting explained that, targeting different consumer groups, Blue Elephant divides its ready meals into sauce packets, seasoning packets, and various spice blends. Currently, there are three types of curry sauce packets aimed at those who don’t cook—they only need to be heated and combined with some ingredients to serve with rice. The seasoning packets are designed for those who enjoy cooking. Blue Elephant preps all the ingredients, so with just a simple cooking process, you can enjoy delicious Thai dishes like green curry and Pad Thai in just 10 minutes.

In addition, there are various spice blends and sauces. Lin Qiting said these are for those familiar with cooking, allowing them to season according to their own preferences. Blue Elephant provides a variety of authentic Thai spice blends and sauces. Currently, Blue Elephant ready meals are available at select retailers, and will gradually be introduced to more major supermarkets. Prices start from NT$100 up to NT$300.
