Six Little White Tigers Make Their Debut at Leofoo Village – Their Adorable Looks Win Over Both Kids and Adults

As adorable as Yuan Zai, the three little white tiger cubs born at Leofoo Village, who are almost three months old, are finally set to meet the public after much anticipation. From now until March 9, the cubs will appear in two time slots each day—morning and afternoon—at the Africa Tribe’s “Kiss Park,” allowing visitors to get up close and see their playful “cute” moments.

“So cute!” A chorus of exclamations filled the air yesterday (21st) at the Africa Tribe’s Kiss Park in Leofoo Village, Hsinchu County, as it was the first time the triplet tiger cubs, born in early December 2013, were presented to the public. Not shy around so many strangers, the little white tigers played freely in the specially built “exercise playground” at Leofoo Village. Even when just lying there and staring into the eyes of the surrounding children, their adorable looks instantly won over both adults and kids on the scene.

Leofoo Village stated that the three brothers, named “Ma Xiaobai,” “Ma Xiaoxue,” and “Ma Xiaoqiu,” currently weigh about 11 kilograms. Being just under three months old, they are in their most active phase. Therefore, a series of exercise props designed to promote physical development—including rubber balls, vine balls, gravity balls, and dental chews—have been placed in their specially built “exercise playground” to stimulate their limb coordination and overall muscle development.

During their first meet-and-greet, the trio rarely got to bask in the outdoor sun and had so much fun playing that their originally snow-white fur picked up a yellow tint, instantly transforming from little white tigers into little “yellow” tigers. The park also noted that from now until March 9, the cubs will meet the public at the Africa Tribe’s Kiss Park during two daily time slots: 11:00 AM–11:30 AM and 2:00 PM–2:30 PM. The sessions will be canceled only in case of rain or if temperatures fall below 18°C. After assessing the cubs’ health conditions over a two-week period, the park will then consider adjusting their activity times in the playground as needed.
