Travel Center / Comprehensive Report
Hotel Okura Prestige Taipei’s Taohualin Chinese Restaurant has introduced a new lunch set menu starting today, offering a brand-new option for business luncheons. Alongside a selection of classic dishes favored by diners, the menu features a chef’s innovation—the Zhenjiang-style spare ribs. The tender ribs are first deep-fried and then cooked in a specially prepared sauce with Zhenjiang vinegar, where the vinegar acts as the perfect finishing touch, cutting through richness and greasiness. The rest of the menu includes a trio of cold dishes from Taohualin, two pieces of Taohualin Peking duck, a trio of delicate dim sum, daily double-boiled soup, soy sauce king fried prawns, Cantonese preserved egg and lean pork congee, beef cold noodles, pumpkin sago with fresh fruit platter, and more. The promotional price is 800 NTD + 10% service charge, available only on weekdays for lunch.
