The rock wave is coming hot！ The inaugural Guam International Music Festival kicks off in June

With summer just around the corner, are your rock-and-roll vibes starting to stir? Guam’s largest-ever rock event, the “Guam International Live Music Festival,” will take place on June 6 and June 7, expected to draw music fans from around the globe.

The lineup of the “Guam International Music Festival” is highly international, featuring a total of 10 top-tier bands from the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and locally in Guam. A rare highlight is the participation of the popular girl group Popu Lady, led by Dah Yuen, representing Taiwan as special performing guests, ready to inject a youthful and sweet vibe into Guam.

A diverse range of musical styles is a major highlight of this festival, with performances spanning pop, rock, reggae, hip-hop, and unique island-style acts. Top performers are gearing up for this world-class musical exchange. The lineup includes the American roots-reggae band Sublime with Rome, Matisyahu—a top-tier reggae artist rated by Billboard magazine—as well as the British reggae band Steel Pulse, Japanese hip-hop groups Home Made Kazoku and IzahBlue, Korean acts Brown Eyed Girls and NU’EST, and Hong Kong’s Robynn & Kendy, among others.

Tickets: One-day pass $50 USD, two-day pass $80 USD
Transportation: You can take the “Agana Chamorro Bus” (same schedule as weekdays) and the “Chamorro Night Express.” The Chamorro Night Express will follow the same schedule as the weekly Chamorro Night Market on Wednesdays. Additionally, special additional services will be available at 21:00, 21:30, and 22:00 from Chamorro Village, with stops including Anao Resort, Sheraton Laguna Guam Resort, across from Pacific Islands Club, Fountain Plaza, across from Guam Holiday Resort, across from Pacific Bay Hotel (Round Hill Hotel), across from Hyatt Regency Guam, DFS Galleria, JP Store, Micronesia Mall, and Nikko Hotel.
