3D coffee art so adorable it’s almost too cute to drink

A cozy and lovely little café—such cute coffee that even Pipi couldn’t help but feel charmed. The trendy 3D latte art has finally arrived near our home. We stumbled upon this adorable spot, Rational & Emotional Café, last weekend.

After dinner, Pipi and I followed the address to find this charming little café. It took some effort, but we finally spotted it—only to find they had sold out and closed early... Oh no, how could that be? We made a note to come back and explore on a sunny day. Rational & Emotional Café is a warm and heartwarming little place. The young owners, aged 23 and 28, both graduated from “Wang Group University” and have learned their trade well. Though the café has only been open for two months, business is booming. We believe they’ll succeed in chasing their dreams.

After lunch, Cloud and Pipi came to this adorable café. The menu offered many combo sets. Cloud’s mind was filled with memories of 3D latte art—hahaha, both lattes and cappuccinos feature 3D designs. So Cloud and Pipi each ordered a latte, one paired with a caramel muffin combo. While waiting for the coffee to arrive, we watched the owner craft the 3D latte art with such focus—it was truly captivating.

Through our chat, we learned that both women had worked at the Wang Group for several years before deciding to pursue their dream of “opening a café,” which led to today’s little shop. Honestly, we really admire the owner, who started her own business at just 23. The boss is five years older than her—ah, just 28. Truly, to us, they seem so young, so... courageous. The owner said she’d always dreamed of opening a café, and we’re so happy she achieved it at such a young age—Upward and onward.

Before long, the lattes arrived. Wow—two 3D kitties taking a bubble bath together—how... absolutely adorable. For a moment, we didn’t even know where to start drinking from.

Then our caramel muffin arrived. Wow~~~ Just now, while chatting with the owner, she was making our muffin—could it be any cuter, any more heartwarming? On top, besides the adorable drawings, it also said “Nice to meet you” and today’s date. This... really touched Cloud’s heart.

It felt like making a new friend. And because of that, Cloud became even more curious and eager to learn their story. Such lovely girls—working hard to realize their dreams. At just 23, she started working in cafés during university and joined the Wang Group in her senior year. Over the years, she learned a lot about service through frontline work. The other one (the boss) also comes from the same group—they share a common dream and divide the work, hand in hand toward their goal. Watching them was genuinely moving. We believe they’ll only get better.

Then the other latte arrived. Wow—how can something be this cute? It’s afternoon tea time and nap time, and the kitty napping zzz looks absolutely adorable.

Pipi said: “It’s just a cup of coffee, but it’s so ‘adorable.’” Exactly, so Pipi made an equally adorable face. Hahaha... The café’s atmosphere is comfy, the customers feel like family, and the music is relaxing. Today’s afternoon tea prices were unbelievably affordable—we highly recommend friends visit. Cloud and Pipi will come back next time to try brunch.

Though the café’s location may not be the most convenient (perhaps we’re just unfamiliar with the area), it’s a heartfelt and passionate place. With the two of them working hard together, we believe success is inevitable—keep it up, you two.

Before leaving, Cloud curiously asked why the café is named “Rational & Emotional.” The cute 23-year-old sister pointed to him and said he named it... hahaha. The name comes from a world classic novel Cloud once loved, “Sense and Sensibility,” which was later adapted into a movie by director Ang Lee. Next time, we’ll ask the 28-year-old about it too—maybe the name reflects the two of them.
