The SpongeBob Pop-Up Store Opens on December 7th – The Adorable SpongeBob on Cupcakes Is Too Cute to Eat

Are you a huge SpongeBob fan? Taiwan’s first SpongeBob POP-UP STORE has landed on the first floor of Taipei’s Vieshow Cinemas Xinyi, running from December 7th to January 21st, 2018. In addition to large SpongeBob and Patrick plush toys and various licensed merchandise, the store also features limited-edition sweets that will make your heart melt – fondant SpongeBob and Patrick are so adorable you won’t want to eat them.

The SpongeBob Pop-Up Store not only features popular SpongeBob licensed merchandise from both domestic and international sources, as well as trendy brand collaboration apparel, but the DayDreamer New Idea team has also launched exclusive original designs. Featuring SpongeBob and the unicorn seahorse paired with soft, sweet pastel macaron colors, the collection includes clothing, stationery, household items, and more – all available exclusively at the SpongeBob POP-UP STORE.

When visiting, be sure to take photos with SpongeBob and Patrick at the themed photo wall and do some shopping, but the store’s limited-time SpongeBob-themed coffee and shaped desserts are also a major draw. The fondant SpongeBob and Patrick on cupcakes are so adorable you won’t want to eat them – they look like mini crabburgers but are actually cupcakes. There are also delicate SpongeBob & Patrick cake lollipops. Since all desserts are handmade daily, quantities are limited. The two types of cupcakes may only have around 10 available each day, so fans should come early to get them. Other offerings include Hard Guy Latte and Jellyfish Field Black Tea.
