Taiwan Railways Administration (TRA) began accepting phone, online, and convenience store ticket bookings for the 103rd Mid-Autumn Festival consecutive holidays (August 22 to September 9) at midnight today (22nd). In the first minute, 54,618 bookings were completed, totaling 100,453 tickets. By 9:00 AM today, a total of 148,818 bookings had been made, amounting to 260,608 tickets. The booking process went smoothly, and there are still available tickets on all lines during the consecutive holiday period. (Subject to actual sales conditions.)

In this ticket-snatching battle, several popular time slots remain hard to get. TRA also reminds passengers who have successfully booked tickets to pick up their tickets within two days (including the booking day) at any TRA computerized ticketing station, post office, or convenience store (Uni-President, FamilyMart, Hi-Life, OK Mart), or use the “Online Credit Card Payment Ticketing System” to complete payment and purchase. Tickets not picked up by the deadline will be released again at 9:00 AM on August 24.

1. Taipei to Hualien and Taitung direction
9:00 PM to 8:00 PM on September 5, and 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on September 6—Tzu-Chiang seats are sold out, but other Tzu-Chiang and Fu-Hsing class tickets are still available.

2. Taitung and Hualien to Taipei direction
2:00 PM to 7:00 PM on September 8—Tzu-Chiang seats are sold out, but other Tzu-Chiang and Fu-Hsing class tickets are still available.
