Ever seen an edible "drug"? Creative mixologists have blended concepts like marijuana, heroin, and cocaine into their menus, developing eye-catching "drug-themed cocktails." With their unique presentation, unconventional flavors, and rebellious vibe, these drinks have gone viral in Taipei’s East District and online, drawing crowds of young fans.

Located on Dongfeng Street in Da’an, Taipei, "Fourplay Cuisine" was founded in 2011 by four guys from different backgrounds but with a shared dream. The bar is known for its ever-changing, no-fixed-menu cocktails. The bartenders are highly skilled at crafting drinks using fresh fruits, floral spices, tea leaves, and more, regularly introducing new creations.

The drug series features amphetamine, heroin, nitrous oxide, cocaine, marijuana, ecstasy, and ketamine as themes. Each cocktail boasts bright, eye-catching colors, making them perfect for photos. Each drug cocktail has its own creative serving method, turning drinking into an entertaining experience that excites the taste buds. Examples include the flaming cinnamon-flavored "cocaine," "nitrous oxide" sipped with helium gas, and "amphetamine" served with swirling dry ice.

The most popular is the "ketamine" cocktail. Staff first sprinkle powdered sugar on a black-gold platform, then use a card to crush and divide it into two parts. Patrons sip some of the sugar powder through a straw, then enjoy a lightly charred lemon slice, before downing a layered shot—all for a major sensory rush.
