Tigerair Taiwan to launch flights to Bangkok and Chiang Mai; maiden flight dates to be announced on the 17th

Taiwan's first domestic low-cost carrier, Tigerair Taiwan, announced on its official Facebook page on the 16th that it will soon officially launch flights to Bangkok and Chiang Mai in Thailand, following its inaugural flight to Singapore at the end of September.

Tigerair Taiwan stated that the maiden flight dates for Bangkok and Chiang Mai will be announced on the 17th, along with details on ticket sales and pricing — the information most eagerly awaited by travelers. It is understood that Tigerair Taiwan will officially receive its air operator’s certificate on the 17th, and only after receiving it officially will it announce the launch dates for Bangkok and Chiang Mai.
