Japan’s railway tourism has teamed up with a local theme park this time to launch a specially decorated versionof the Kuroshio train, offering travelers an unexpectedly delightful panda-themed experience. Operated by West Japan Railway, this panda train will take passengers to Adventure World in Wakayama — not only is its exterior adorable, but the interior design is also thoughtfully done.

According to The Japan Times, Japan’s newly launched super-cute train is themed around the world-famous “panda,” with its destination being Wakayama’s well-known wildlife park “Adventure World.” The elements inside the train closely follow the panda theme, featuring large panda designs on seats, doors, and public areas.

Adventure World is a famous animal theme park in Wakayama, home to five giant pandas that are also the most popular animals in the zoo. This special train began operating on August 5 and is expected to run until around November 2019.

The Kuroshio train’s route covers stations such as Kyoto Station, Shin-Osaka Station, Tennoji Station ~ Wakayama Station, Kii-Tanabe Station, Shirahama Station, and Shin-Miya Station — all popular travel destinations among Taiwanese visitors. Some services will also stop at Nishi-Kujo Station, which provides access to Universal Studios Japan (USJ).
