The rush is on – Haidilao’s Hsinchu branch begins trial operations on August 21, bookings open from August 18

The well-known mainland Chinese hotpot chain Haidilao’s Hsinchu branch, located at Hsinchu Big City Mall, is set to open soon. Its official Facebook page announced that trial operations will run from August 21 to August 24, with the official opening on August 25. Bookings for dining between August 21 and September 30 are now open starting August 18. Are friends in Hsinchu ready to be among the first to try it?

Haidilao currently has one branch open in Taiwan at ATT 4 FUN (Store 1) and another at Banqiao Big City Mall (Store 2). The next to open will be Store 4 at Hsinchu Big City Mall, while Store 3 at Taichung Big City Mall is scheduled to open in September. Additionally, Haidilao plans to open Store 5 at Jing Station near the train station, tentatively in December.

The biggest highlight of Haidilao hotpot is its “over-the-top service.” In addition to checking in on diners, offering tea, massages, and manicures on demand, the most unique offering is “babysitting services.” Another must-try is the spectacular noodle performance – you’ll watch a young chef take a handful of noodles, twirl them to the rhythm of music, slowly stretch them into thin strands, and then drop them into your pot to cook.
