No more disappointments in lodging on Liuqiu Island or Hengchun—Top 10 homestays in Pingtung selected!

Summer is the season to head to the passionate southern Taiwan. The Pingtung County Government held a Top 10 Homestay Selection campaign. After preliminary selection and online voting, combined with judges scoring based on overall cost-performance, convenience of nearby facilities, price reasonableness, proximity to attractions and other criteria, the final list features must-stay homestays in popular travel destinations such as Hengchun, Liuqiu Island, and Donggang. This ensures travelers can enjoy their days to the fullest and also sleep comfortably without any regrets at night.

The Department of Tourism pointed out that there are currently more than 600 registered homestays in Pingtung County. This is the first time a homestay selection event has been held, aiming to increase the visibility of Pingtung homestays and encourage homestay operators to improve service quality through the event. Participants in the online voting have a chance to win a stay at one of the homestays.

Liuqiu Island: Liuqiu Island Ultimate Inn, Zhenghaoyou Homestay, Xingyue Lodge Characteristic Homestay
Donggang: Dongjin Royal Garden
Linbian: Discovery Characteristic Homestay
Chaozhou: Muyuzhonglin Serene Mind Homestay
