Promoting Nantou Hot Springs: The "Beauty Legs Princess" Wows in a Yukata, Showcasing Flawless Skin

To promote Nantou’s hot springs, the Beauty Legs Princess from Nantou and the mascots of local tourist attractions held a promotional event today (November 9) outside Xinbeitou Metro Station in Taipei. In addition to featuring distinctive local Nantou cuisine and indigenous dance performances, the Beauty Legs Princess’s delicate skin served as living proof of the benefits of Nantou’s hot springs.

Nantou’s three major hot spring areas—Puli, Xinyi Dongpu, and Guoxing Beikengxi—each offer their own unique features. Nantou is also hosting the Hot Spring Flower Carnival from October 25 to February 1, 2015. During the event period, guests staying at affiliated accommodations have the chance to win prizes such as cars and mobile phones, and there will also be a “one-dollar auction” activity. Additionally, starting November 16, the main Nantou flower exhibition area will showcase the creative ingenuity of Puli, the township of flowers. Nantou County Government Secretary-General Chen Chao-wang expressed hope that the promotion efforts by the Beauty Legs Princess and the mascots will encourage more people to visit Nantou—known as Taiwan’s Little Switzerland—for a relaxing hot spring experience.
