Good news！ The "Limited Express Haruka," considered by many travelers as the most comfortable way to travel from Kansai Airport to Kyoto and Osaka, will offer free WiFi starting December!

Operated by JR West, the "Limited Express Haruka" is a popular mode of transport among many Taiwanese travelers due to its fast connections between Kansai International Airport and the Kyoto-Osaka area, as well as its comfortable seating. In light of the increasing number of foreign passengers, JR West will provide free WiFi on Haruka trains starting December, and by July 2015, all 63 Haruka trains will be equipped with free wireless hotspots for passenger use.

JR West stated that passengers can obtain the password in advance at the Passenger Service Center on the first floor of Terminal 1 at Kansai Airport, the Mio service counter in Tennouji, Osaka STATION CITY, or Kyoto Station. Once on the train, simply turn on the WiFi, select "JR-WEST_FREE_Wi-Fi," enter the password to connect, and the login screen will be available in four languages—Chinese, English, Japanese, and Korean—to make it easy for non-Japanese speakers to use.
