Mutton hot pot, made with traditional Chinese herbs, has always been a popular nourishing option. Although mutton hot pot restaurants are everywhere, all-you-can-eat mutton hot pot is extremely rare. Operated directly by a lamb supplier, Langlailiao Mutton Hot Pot not only offers an all-you-can-eat experience but also provides a whole lamb meal with up to 14 different cuts, among which the gelatin-rich tendons from the front and hind legs of the lamb are especially rare. For the broth base, there are four flavors to choose from: angelica and cordyceps, black garlic and ginger, braised pepper-numbing, and bak kut teh. Paired with our signature wine-lees fermented tofu sauce, the rich aroma wafting from the bubbling pot guarantees a satisfying and hearty meal!

Choose from four exclusively developed broths — must-try [Black Garlic Ginger Broth]

The broth is the soul of a medicinal hot pot dish. It should not only have a nourishing and qi-regulating effect but also allow the fragrance of the Chinese herbs to infuse the meat, filling your mouth with aroma. Langlailiao has put a lot of effort into the broth, developing four exclusive varieties: the braised pepper-numbing flavor refined with Sichuan peppercorns and spices, the warm and nourishing angelica and cordyceps, the sweet and refreshing bak kut teh, and this unique black garlic ginger broth.

The so-called black garlic ginger broth includes enzyme-fermented ripe black garlic, along with other types of garlic processed differently to offer varied flavors. With various kinds of garlic gathered in one pot and roasted ginger added, it creates a layered and complex broth flavor. The taste is mellow and warm without being overly pungent, accompanied by the delicate fragrance of Chinese herbs. This uniquely flavored broth is only available at Langlailiao.

Each broth is infused with a secret salted vegetable and fruit broth to enhance the sweetness of the vegetables while preserving the fragrance of the herbs without the bitterness of long boiling.

[Whole Lamb Meal Featuring 14 Different Cuts]

The lamb served at Langlailiao is mainly imported from Australia, using tender lambs under one year old. After blanching, removing excess fat, and stewing with spices, most of the gamy smell has been eliminated, so you can enjoy it with confidence. The wide array of meat selections on display is so diverse it’s almost dazzling, with distinct textures for each — definitely try them all!
